He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Labay and Hattie Kroboth Labay; and his sisters, Olivia Sechelski (Floyd), Delores Zimmermann (Clarence) and Joan Mahalitc (David).
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Morton of El Campo; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne (Colin Labay) of El Campo and Cory Morton of El Campo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
