He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Washburn and Rika T Bailey (Washburn); his wife Jeannine; and his children, Mary and Joe.
He is survived by: his children, John "Skooter" Washburn (Judith), Maggie Manley (Don), Mike Washburn (Rosie), Pat Washburn (Cody) and Andy Washburn (Monique); and his grandchildren, Mike Carroll (Sarah), Kimberly Chacon (Carlos), Dustin Hethcock-Houston, Thomas Washburn-Austin and Samuel Washburn-Austin. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
