He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Celso Stapp and Emma Davis Stapp; his wife Joan Nye Stapp; his daughters, Shannon Stapp of Carrollton and Stephanie Stapp Tyson (Sean) of Flower Mound; his grandchildren, Alex and Samantha Tyson; his stepdaughter Melissa Tidwell (Derek Sullivan); his grandchildren, Trevor, Trenton, Lisa Rozell (Daniel), Dylan, Brennon and Addison; and his sisters, Mary Louise Stapp Parker (Jesse) and Margaret Stapp Acred (Ray).
