She was predeceased by : her parents, Lowell Cain and Francis Cain; her husband Jackie Earl Perkins; her brother Steven Cain; and her son-in-law Frankie Gonzales.

She is survived by : her daughters, Pamela Gonzales, Patricia Fox (Bill) and Vickie Smith (Roger); her grandchildren, Amanda Morales, Emily, Thomas Collard, Chance, April Gonzales, Chris, Katie Gonzales, Makayla, Travis Longron and Michael Schlein; and her siblings, Anita Stetlers, Virginia Savage, Linda Birdsong and Robert Cain. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
