He was predeceased by: his parents, Evie Mae Windham and Lealon Drake; his brother Virgil Drake (Carole Drake); and his brother-in-law Larry Buxton. He is survived by: his wife Alice Drake; his daughters, Terry Drake Moon (Darrell Moon), Pamela Drake Waggoner (Chris Waggoner) and Allison Drake Curry (Jay Curry); his grandchildren, Joseph Edward Drake, Christopher Waggoner, Keith Waggoner, Amanda Moon Denison, Morgan Waggoner Webb, Carson Curry and Carley Curry; his great grandchildren, Addison Denison, Emery Grace Denison, Jackson Edward Drake, Sutton Webb and Logan Lou Waggoner; and his siblings, Barbara Buxton and Roger Rivet (Mary Rivet). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
