He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman A. Perry and Jessie Lee Alta Perry. He is survived by : his wife Olivia Krause Perry; his daughter Kimberly Perry Wright; his son-in-law Michael Wright; his son Douglas Leon Perry, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Amy Perry; his daughter Anjanette Perry Sauers; his son-in-law Brian Sauers; his grandchildren, Kolby Blaine Perry (Lil' Man), Payton Jordan Wright (Baby Girl), Piper Lanae Sauers (Sweet Pea), Coy Michael Wright (Lil' Red), Ryan Zachary Sauers (Lil' Munchkin) and Katie Grace Sauers (Precious); and his great grandchild Nash Cooper Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
