He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Dabs Starkey and Essie Franklin Hill; his wife Linda Starkey; his children, Bo Starkey (Misty Starkey), Teresa Starkey, Crystal Wingard (late Sammy WIngard) and Justin Thompson; his grandchildren, Adam, Amelia, Braxen, Brianna, Jamie, Jerry, Kamber, Kirstyn, Lilly, Riley and Whitney; his great grandchildren, Athena, Charlie, Jestin and Serenity; his son Barry Starkey; his son-in-law Sammy Wingard; his siblings, Larry Starkey, Regina Dyar and Joe Hill; and his grandson Aaron.
