He was predeceased by : his wife Deborah Fincher; his parents, JoAnn Fincher and Raymond Fincher; and his brother-in-law James Manning. He is survived by : his children, William Fincher (Tamara Fincher), Laura Patten and Raymond Kattner; his siblings, Gay Manning and Jane Hayes (Brad Hayes); his grandchildren, Nicholas Fincher (Ryanne Fincher), Victoria Fincher, Jordan Kattner and Luke Patten; and his great grandchild William Sterling Fincher.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cashner Funeral Home (801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77303). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Garden Park Cemetery (801 Teas Rd, Conroe, TX 77303).
