He was predeceased by: his parents, James Terry and Ora Lee McCullough; his sister Mary Virginia Wilson; and his nephew Kenneth Avon Cooksey. He is survived by: his brother Terry Miles McCullough; his sisters-in-law, Bambi Monnich McCullough and Diana Monnich; his sibling's children, Brittany McCullough Womack, Benjamin McCullough Robert Cooksey, David Monnich Jr., Shawn Monnich, Louis Monnich and Larry Garza; and his cousins, Jan Archer and Bob McCullough.
In lieu of flowers the family asks with gratitude donations be made to Willowbrook Terrace Chapel.
