She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Cooper and Mildred Cooper; and her sister Janice Golladay. She is survived by : her husband Robert Dale Welch; her children, Katherine Pameticky of Springdale, AR, Robert Welch Jr. (Maxine) of Cooper, TX and Bill Welch (Debbie) of Milford, PA.; her grandchildren, John, Jason Sargent, William, Robert, Chris Welch, Stacey, Daryl Pameticky and Marissa Welch; her great grandchildren, Sierra, John, Michael, Mathew Sargent, Dayleth, Nyah and Asher Fuchs; and also Rob Fuchs.
