With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Ann Wingo of Copeville, Texas, who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Martha Ann's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Martha Ann has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca, Rose and Rhonda; her sons-in-law, Steve and Ray; her grandchildren, Chad, Jayce Pollan and Katie Sanders; her great grandchild Abigail Pollan; and her siblings, Marcy and Roy. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Charles W. Smith and Sons Funeral Home - Lavon (2343 Lake Rd, Lavon, TX 75166). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at the Thompson Cemetery (7000 S State Hwy 78, Nevada, TX 75173).
