He is survived by : his parents, Sunil Sood (Ritu Sood) and Ritu Sood; his brother Satyam; his grandparents, Indra, Krishan Lal Malik, Asha and Manmohan Sood; his aunts and uncles, Sandeep Sood, Navdeep Sood, Romit Malik, Milind Pawagi, Soniapreet Sood, Shaveta Sood, Shilpa Malik and Sonia Pawagi; and his cousins, Soham, Sayam Suryam Sood, Sargam Sood, Siddham Sood, Tiana Malik, Urav Malik, Mrigank Pawagi and Manyata Pawagi.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hughes Family Tribute Center (9700 Webb Chapel Rd, Dallas, TX 75220). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
