He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Stamper; his daughters, Alicia (Jay Krathwohl), Melissa Taylor (Rob Green) and Cheryl (Kurt Hocker); and his grandchildren, Sami Kae, Amber, Anna, Chase, Kerstin, Harlan, Nathan, Kaleb and Samantha. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
