He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Abrego Sr. and Virginia Martinez; and his sister Alexia Abrego. He is survived by: his son Aaron Abrego (Judy Burns) of George West; his grandchildren, Aaron Abrego Jr., Isabela Abrego, Julissa Abrego, Julia Abrego, Joey Villalobos, Sergio Abrego (Tayla Trejo), Romeo Perez, Diego Perez, Mateo Abrego, Paul Abrego and Mikolas Coyle; his great grandchildren, JoJo Villalobos, Jeriah Abrego, Alo Perez and Aiden Abrego; and his siblings, Ralph Abrego of Houston and Irma Garza of Corpus Christi.
