She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Barraza; and her parents, Angel and Juanita. She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Garcia (Alonzo), Pamela Carlson (Dylan), Rene Garza (Debbie), John Barraza (Laura) and Lonnie Barraza (Clarissa); her grandchildren, Rene Garza Jr., Nina Carrillo, Stephen Blake Luis, Jaden Brice Barraza, Caleb Daniel Garcia, Jonbrenon Kline Barraza, Celine Danielle Martinez and Lonnie Alejandro Barraza Jr.; her great grandchildren, Elijah Carrillo, Sophia Hope Garza, Ezekiel Rene Garza, Carmella Sky Garza and Ezra Zayne Garza; and her sisters, Lydia Guerra, Alicia Gonzalez of Corpus Christi and Delia Villarreal. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
