She was predeceased by: her nephew Luis Adan Gonzalez; and her aunt Elizabeth Joyce Foster. She is survived by: her parents, Edward Barrera and Diana Barrera; her sons, Kirk Elliott Jorgensen, Jr. and Kenneth Edward Jorgensen; her sister Cindie (Cindie); her brother-in-law Gilbert DeLeon; and her pets, Kamera and Miles Austin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Bianca's honor to local animal shelters or animal charity.
