He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Robbins and Ora Robbins; his wife Odena Bihm Robbins; and his siblings, John T., Pat Robbins, Larue Lentz, Faye Voight and Jenelle Shewatter.

He is survived by: his son Paul David Robbins; his grandchildren, Paul Joe Fulton Robbins (Stacy) and Ebony Christine Robbins Ducote (Bobby); his great grandchildren, Kailie Robbins of Bobby Ducote, III. and Ryan Ducote, Sr. (Desi); and his great great grandchildren, Brylie of Bobby, IV., Maddie, Ryan, Jr. and Rowen Ducote.
