He is survived by: his wife Nancy Philips Harlan; his daughter Amy Geurin (Jeff); his granddaughters, Gloria J'Nette, Katherine Elizabeth and Lillian Grace; his daughter Stacey Phillips (Forrest); his grandchildren, Emily Shae and Layton Finn; his siblings, Jim Harlan of San Antonio, Texas, Kathleen Groesbeck (James) of San Antonio, Texas and Kenneth Harlan (Connie) of San Antonio, Texas; and his pet Mandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Galilean Lutheran Church (3321 Cimarron Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78414). A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at the Seaside Memorial Park (4357 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412).
