He is survived by: his spouse Marcy Jo Swindle; and his daughters, Marcella Ann Trapp (Joe), Sheree Kay Moore (Chester), Gail Marie Thomas (Curtis), Mary Julianne Davis (Kim) and Melissa Suzanne Wynn (Doug). He is also survived by his wife, daughters, grandchildren, and numerous relatives.
