He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ochoa; and his children, Elizabeth Cahill (Tim), Imelda Elizondo (Victor), Sandra Garza (Julian Palos), Kimberly Reed (Randall) and Felix Ochoa IV (Jodi). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
