He is survived by: his wife Elsie; and his sons, Edward J Tallman of Killeen, Fredrick J Tallman Jr. (Lisa) of Killeen, TX and Roy Tallman (Marni) of Chicago. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Granddaughter, Many Nieces and Nephews.
