With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene (Morris) Sullivan in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on June 12, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Irene farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Irene is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Grover Morris and Ruby Morris (Scott); her husband Paul Sullivan; and her daughter Francis Martinez. She is survived by: her children, Linda Ballard of Plainview, Robert Palmore of Beeville and William K. Bryan of Hastings, Nebraska; her son-in-law Michael Martinez of Beeville; and her grandson Jordan Martinez of Corpus Christi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Irene's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Arthritis Foundation.
