He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billye Roan Williams and Sally Armstrong Williams; his wife Shannon Pistole Williams; his children, Theodore "Ted" Benjamin Williams (Julie), Amy Lynn Phaneuf (Christian), Emily Ann Williams and Katy Denee Williams; his grandchildren, Abigail Armstrong Williams, Emma Kay Williams, Hunter Roan Williams, Olivia Rose Phaneuf and Simon Robert Phaneuf; and his siblings, Carroll Ann Williams and Sally Jane Kuni (Doug). He was also cherished by twelve nieces and nephews, twenty great-nieces and great-nephews, and twelve cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Jamie's name to the NRA Foundation or the Texas Wildlife Association Foundation, both were very close to his heart.
