He is survived by: his daughter Dezalynn Monique Barrera; and his siblings, Ramon Barrera, Jr. (Linda), Vicente Barrera, Sr. (Blanca), Myra Alvear (Ruben), Laly Arteaga (Freddy) and Milinda Marisella Barrera.
