He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Williams and Ida Mae Williams; and his siblings, Jim, Sr., Bob Williams, Nikki Williams and Shirley Zapalac.

He is survived by: his son Jesse Williams II; his daughter-in-law April Williams; and his granddaughters, Hazel and Hailey Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
