He is survived by: his children, Joaquin Tobias, Jr., Ismael Tobias, Sr., Gerardo Tobias, Guadalupe Aguayo, San Juana Martinez, Irene Dunn, Cristina Ramos and Beatrice Guajardo. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
