He was predeceased by: his son John Edwin Skinner; and his parents, John E. Skinner and Alta E. Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Skinner; his sons, Brandon Scott Skinner (Sara) and Justin Lee Skinner (Adrianna); his daughter-in-law Stacy Auerweck (Eddie); his sisters, Kathy Cooper and Brenda Jones; and his mother-in-law Sally A Piñon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
