He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Lerma and Juanita Lerma; and his siblings, Armando, Benito Jr., Sammy Lerma and Eva Trejo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Annabelle Lerma (David) and Amanda Lerma Flores (Glenn); his wife Elida Lerma; his grandchildren, Anthony, Analaya (Brian), Andrew, A'Mya, Christopher (Hailey), Joby, Aaron, Athena and Aiden; his great grandchildren, Onyx and Ramona; and his siblings, Joe, Robert, Ruben, Jesse Lerma and Irma Garcia.
