He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Simón Ramón and Ventura Ramón; his wife Gina Ramón; his daughters, Marisa Vela (Julian) and Mónica Ramón; and his stepdaughter Marina Guardiola (Rudy). He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a scholarship fundraiser to support Catholic education at OLPH Academy.
