He was predeceased by: his parent Concepcion Escamilla; his wife Beatrice; his son Danny Escamilla; his siblings, Joe Escamilla, Adam Escamilla, Rosemary E. Garcia, Juanita Ramerez, Eva Callejo and Guadalupe Deleon; and his mother Maria Marquez Escamilla.
He is survived by: his children, Ricardo M. Escamilla Jr. (Frances), Melissa Escamilla and Melinda Escamilla (Lydia Castillo); his grandchildren, Clarissa Escamilla, Jackie Mesquias and RJ Mesquias; and his great grandchildren, Damien and Alana Mesquias. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Seaside Funeral Home Chapel (4357 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Seaside Memorial Park (4357 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412).
