She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Ranspot and Myrtlebell Ranspot; her brothers, Richie and Mike Ranspot; her daughters, Shawna Eads (Mark) and Christy Coombes (Bryan); her grandchildren, Amanda Fox (Matt), Megan Hackman (Jeff), Tyler Eads (Courtney), Brody Coombes (Cortlyn) and Bailey Coombes; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Liam Carter, Austin, Camdyn, Nolan and Bennett.
After moving to Medina to be closer to her grandchildren, Sylvia served on the boards of Bandera Business Association, Bandera Community Foundation, and the Medina River Foundation.
