He was predeceased by : his wife Lora Jane; and his brother Jon Robert Meadows (Debbie). He is survived by : his children, Robert Meadows, Tori Snyder (John), Jana Cross (Jim) and Mark Meadows (Susan); his grandchildren, Preston Meadows (Macy), Macy Amatucci (John), Kellner Siegfried (Bailey), Shelby Hendrick (Justin), Hailey Horton (John), Lauren Hohlt (Andrew), Tyler Cross (Christine), Samantha Meadows, Connor Cross, Austin Meadows, Audrey Meadows and Addy Meadows; his great grandchildren, London Siegfried, Roie Siegfried, Badin Siegfried, Sayers Siegfried, Bexley Amatucci, Halls Hendrick, Aston Amatucci, Armie Amatucci, Henry Holt, Hampton Hendrick, Tripp Cross and Hanks Hendrick; and his siblings, Harriet Jenks (Morton) and James Meadows (Renee). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Troy's memory for trees to be planted on cemetery grounds to: Village of Hatch, Garden of Memories Cemetery.
