She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilton Crowther and Nellie Crowther; her daughter Nancy Walker of Dawson Texas; and her grandson Jason Smith of California. She is survived by: her children, Linda Mandel of Torrance, Bill Walker (Debbie) of Scottsboro Alabama, Tom Walker (Nancy) of Dawson and Jim Walker of Dawson, Texas.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

Eleanor has donated her body to science and will be cremated.
