It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Euneva Herod Burleson Taylor (Corsicana, Texas), born in Richland, Texas, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Silvanus F. Herod and Zora Compton Herod; her brother S. F. Herod (Gloria Faye Magness); and her husbands, Morris K. Burleson and O. D. Taylor.
She is survived by: her friend Taylor; her aunt Neva; her great-nephew Cooper; her family, Holly, Steve and Cooper Clay of Plano; her niece Donna (Dale Story) of Huntsville, Texas; her sister-in-law Doretta Taylor of Nacogdoches; and her niece Jan Taylor of Fort Worth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, numerous distant cousins, and cherished friends.
