He was predeceased by : his brother Larry Clemons; and his father Jesus. He is survived by : his wife Lori Clemons; his son Jerry David Clemons Jr. (Dave); his brother Wayne Clemons (Sara); his parents-in-law, Frank and Patricia Phillips; his brother-in-law Lane Phillips (Audra); and his pet Diesel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of friends.
