He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Parkerson Richey and Minnie Richey; and his daughter JoAnn Reyes. He is survived by: his children, Mark Richey and Tammy Saddler; his son-in-law Leo Reyes; his granddaughter Melinda Franco; and his grandchild-in-law Ozzy.
