He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Erickson and Loretta Brady Erickson; and his brother Eugene "Gene" Erickson. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Erickson of Cost; his children, Tiffany Cegielski (Chris) of Manvel, Rachael Erickson of Colorado and Randall Janak of Austin; his stepsons, Brandon McCord (Nancy) of Ezzell and Brian McCord (Jamie) of Shiner; his sister Helen Morrow of Harwood; his grandchildren, Katelyn Burnett (Jacob), Harper Jacob, Ayden McCord, Ainsley McCord and Amery McCord; his great grandchildren, Knox Burnett and Kara Burnett; and also Amanda Jacob (Shane) of Harwood.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Elara Caring Hospice or the Gonzales American Legion Post.
