He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woody and Barbara Woody. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Flint Woody; his children, Stephanie Rene Reyes (John) and Cody Woody (Brooke); his grandchildren, Mckenzie, McKayla, Kade, Kylie, Alli and Aiden; his great grandchildren, Lundynn and Preston; and his siblings, Pam Lugo and Ronald Woody. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ashworth Funeral Home (2217 S Washington St, Kaufman, TX 75142). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calendar Roselawn Memorial Gardens (1000 US-175 Frontage Rd, Seagoville, TX 75159).
