He was predeceased by : his sister Amber Lowery Kirksey; and his grandparents, Albert Lee Kilpatrick and Helen Easley Kilpatrick. He is survived by : his parents, John David Lowery of Grapeland and Melba Allyne Kilpatrick Lowery of Crockett; his children, Dusty Alan Lowery of Grapeland and Stormie Renee Lowery of Grapeland; his brother Jamie Lowery (Christine) of Kennard; his grandparents, Johnnie and Rinthie Lowery of Latexo; his siblings, Dennis Poteet of Latexo, John "Bull" Raymond of Palestine, Deanna Graziose of Willis and Hillary Armstrong of Crockett; and his aunt Teresa Lowery Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callaway-Allee Funeral Home (700 E Houston Ave, Crockett, TX 75835). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
