He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thomas Baggett and Jesse Maxine Baggett. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Janette Baggett; his children, Nicole Michelle Baggett and William Cody Baggett; his brother William Curtis Baggett; and his grandchildren, Emily Nicole Plaster and Rylee Ayn Baggett.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dickie Allen Funeral Home (989 7th St, Cushing, TX 75760).
