We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2023, at the age of 86, Billie Ann Earp of Cross Plains, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill Kilgore and Katie Kilgore of Cross Plains; her spouse J. C. Earp, Jr.; her children, Pat Perryman, Jan Mitchell and Bill Earp; and her sister Sandra Kilgore Gray (David Gray).

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that funds be donated to Haylee Gossett, c/o Amarillo National Bank, 4501 Bell Street Amarillo, Texas 79109.
