She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Lillian Swafford Smith; her siblings, Ray, Donald, Earlene, Pat and Marie; and her husband James E. Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Clark Hogan (Mike) of Frisco, TX, Monica S. Clark of Rockport, TX and Richard K. Clark (Grace) of Ennis, TX; her grandsons, Todd Hogan (Jessica) of Gunter, TX. and Ty Hogan (Katie) of Frisco, TX; her great grandchildren, Blakely Hogan Guedea (Joseph), Brooke Hogan and Alli Hogan; and her great great grandchild Jaxon Guedea.
