He is survived by: his wife Maria Salazar of Cross Plains; his children, Rene Salazar of Cottonwood, Rosa Salazar (Aaron Wheeler) of Cross Plains and Inez Osornio (Jorge Osornio) of Comanche; his granddaughter Miah Osornio; and his mother Juana Salazar (Guanajuato) of San Luis. He is also survived by numerous siblings and nieces and nephews.
