It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Eugene Baxter in Crowley, Texas, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Elois Mae Gragson and Vernon Autry Baxter; his brothers, Vernon Jr. and James Howard; and his children, Janice and Dennis (late Eugenia).
He is survived by : his wife Eugenia Ruth Ruthledge; his children, Annette Ledyard (Kirk) and Wayne "Shorty" Baxter; his grandchildren, Troy (Diane), Nicole (Todd), Jeff (Sarah), Natalie (Jerry), Joey (Taylor), Bobbi (Casey), Shane (Michelle), Lindsi (Jesse) and Brandi; his great grandchildren, Dennis Cotton, Andrew and Ashton; and his sister-in-law Gertrude Ruthledge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & cousins.
