It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Ray Nabers of Cumby, Texas, born in Commerce, Texas, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his son Justin Nabers (Robin); his grandchildren, Taylor Kenney (Adam), Landon Nabers (Sydney) and Hannah Valentine (RJ); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Hadlee Kenney and Wyatt; and his siblings, Jack Nabers and Jean Ann Scott.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Jones-Walker Funeral Chapel (1209 Live Oak St, Commerce, TX 75428).
