He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Madison and Alemada Madison (Noble); his wife Mary (Rocka); and his siblings, Noah Madison, Cliff Madison, Mary Frese and Augusta Miller.
He is survived by : his daughter Sue Adamcryk of Cushing; his grandson Charles Adamcryk (Allison) of Center; his sister Leona Perry of Olathe, CO; and his great grandchildren, Korbyn and Emersyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
