(Stacey Davis) and Trey Davis of Cushing, Texas; his sisters, Denise (Kevin Sievers) and Janene Spurgeon of Golden, Texas; and his grandchildren, Madeleine and Cameron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
