She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles P. Willingham and Sara Lousie Willingham; her husband Roy D. Gaddis; her children, Susan Dale Cairy and Dal Stephen Gaddis; and her grandchildren, Kelly and Angie.
She is survived by : her children, Jerry Gaddis of Cushing, Michael Cairy (Tammie Rogers Cairy) of Cushing, TX, Linda Darlene Simmons of Cushing, TX and Patricia Sustaita of Cushing, TX; and her grandchildren, Corey, Tammy, Ami, Valerie, Jordy, Jimmy, Meghan, Mikey, Carli, Abigial, David and Arron. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, neices and nephews.
