She was predeceased by : her parents, Doris Willingham and Dr. G. W. Willingham; and her brother Mark Willingham. She is survived by : her husband Ronnie Stephens; her sister Anita (Gary Boulware); her sister-in-law Patricia (Chris Ammons); and her children, Michael (MJ Stephens), Angela (Andres Lalinde) and Eric (Kari Stephens). She is also survived by her six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
