It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruben Leal Jr. of Dalhart, Texas, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Ruben Leal, Sr. (Rosabelle) of Dalhart and Hilda Cordova (Billy Gonzalez) of Clovis, NM; his children, Ashley Leal, Jonathan Leal, Zeriah Leal and Ashton Stapleton; his brothers, Anthony Leal and Chandra Godinez; his nephew Michael Travis Leal (Megon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Manuel and Amris Baca; his grandchildren, Anaya, Aura Galindo, Aiswaya and Aellum Alvarez; and also, Frank and Kristy Baca. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
